Want to improve your focus and body-mind connection? Looking for a more physical yoga style? Vinyasa Yoga encourages the coordination of movement and breathing in a smooth and seamless way. Throughout the practice, you will be guided into a flow of poses (asanas) where body, breath, and mind are continuously connected, like in a meditative dance. The class will begin with some breathing exercises to center yourself. It will continue with some lighter flowing motion to warm up the muscles and then shift towards more challenging asanas and transitions, to conclude with more lengthening postures and, of course, Shavasana (resting pose). As a result, you will feel stronger, more flexible, and in balance and you will develop a deeper connection with yourself.
