Fridays 12.45-13.30h – Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

Want to become more focused and fit? Want to be part of a community of like-minded people? Come and join us at our Lunch Time Gentle Vinyasa Yoga classes! You will be guided through a calm flow that coordinates breath with movement, bringing your energy and emotions back in balance. The classes encourage an increase of awareness, strength, stability, and flexibility on a physical and mental level. Every session will offer a balanced mix of physical yoga postures, breathing work, and meditation. With practice, your body will feel more receptive, energised, and stronger. Your breath will get slower and freer and your mind more calm, clear, and relaxed.
