Hi! I am Francesca, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (200h).
My aim is to share joyful yoga practices suitable for every body and to encourage the research of a grateful and serene state. Here you will find all the info that you need about the classes that I offer and how to book them. See you on the mat!

Wednesdays 19.00-20.00h – Vinyasa Yoga

Want to improve your focus and body-mind connection? Looking for a more physical yoga style? Vinyasa Yoga encourages the coordination of movement and breathing in a smooth and seamless way. Throughout the practice you will be guided into a flow of poses (asanas) where body, breath and mind are continuously connected, like in a meditative dance. The class will begin with some breathing exercises to center yourself. It will continue with some lighter flowing motion to warm up the muscles and then shift towards more challenging asanas and transitions, to conclude with more lengthening postures and, of course, Shavasana (resting pose). As a result you will feel stronger, more flexible and in balance and you will develop a deeper connection with yourself.

Fridays 12.45-13.30h – Lunch Time Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

Want to become more focused and fit? Want to be part of a community of likeminded people? Come and join us at our Lunch Time Gentle Vinyasa Yoga classes! You will be guided through a calm flow that coordinates breath with movement, bringing your energy and emotions back in balance. The classes encourage an increase of awareness, strength, stability and flexibility on a physical and mental level. Every session will offer a balanced mix of physical yoga postures, breathing work and meditation. With practice, your body will feel more receptive, energised and stronger. Your breath will get slower and more free and your mind more calm, clear and relaxed.

Additional Information

If you have it, bring your own yoga mat. Otherwise you can borrow one of ours in the studio.

Wear some comfortable clothes that you can move in, a warmer extra layer is recommended during winter time.

The classes are in English and are accessible to any level: both beginners and more advanced practitioners will find suitable variations of poses and juicy transitions.

Booking and Payment

To reserve your spot, please fill in the Google form below with your name, surname, email address, date of the class that you intend to follow and your preferred payment method.

Drop-in: €12

Monthly subscription one class per week: €45

Monthly subscription two classes per week: €65.

The monthly subscription can be purchased only before the 7th of every month. Passed that date, it is only possible to purchase drop in classes.

All the payments must be made at the door before the class. If you know that you need to process the payment, please arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of the class.

Payments accepted: MobilePay (QR code to scan), cash. If you prefer to pay in a different way, please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
