A prenatal yoga course is specifically designed for expecting mothers to promote physical and mental wellness during pregnancy. It involves gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation to reduce stress, improve flexibility and strengthen the body in preparation for childbirth. As an expecting mom, the benefits you will experience include reducing discomfort, improving sleep, increasing energy levels, and enhancing the bond with your baby.
In every lesson, we will learn to connect with our body, practice in a safe way and distinguish when a softer or more intense practice is needed. Any future mom is welcome, independently from yoga experience and phase of pregnancy.

A postnatal yoga course is designed to help new mothers regain their strength and flexibility after giving birth. It typically includes gentle poses and breathing exercises that target areas of the body affected by pregnancy and childbirth. In addition to physical benefits, such as improved posture and reduced back pain, postnatal yoga can also help reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and better sleep, as well as build a sense of community among new mothers. Any new mom is welcome independently from yoga experience.

Drop-in: €15 payment at the door.
Monthly package: €56 (4 classes for each month at 14€ per class. It can be purchased until the 7th of every month).
Vinyasa Autumn Season package: €182 (14 classes from 6 September to 13 December 2023 at 13€ each – no classes during school holidays).
Prenatal/ Postnatal/ Gentle Yoga Autumn Season package: €130 (10 classes from 5 October to 14 December 2023 at 13€ each – no classes during school holidays).
Vinyasa Autumn Season package: €420 (35 classes from 6 September to 26 June 2024 at 12€ each – no classes during school holidays).
Prenatal/ Postnatal/ Gentle Yoga Yearly package: €372 (31 classes from 5 October to 27 June 2024 at 12€ each – no classes during school holidays).
All the payments must be made at the door before the class or via bank transfer latest two working days before the class.

Payments accepted at the studio: MobilePay (QR code to scan – Belgium bank only), cash.
If you have it, bring your own yoga mat. Otherwise, you can borrow one of ours in the studio.
Wear some comfortable clothes that you can move in, a warmer extra layer is recommended during wintertime.
The classes are in English and are accessible to any level: both beginners and more advanced practitioners will find suitable variations of poses and juicy transitions.
